We have over 30 members with an age range of 17 through to 65+ with the vast majority being active referees. The group consists of newly qualified Level 7’s through to experienced Level 4’s. Also, amongst our ranks are a Level 3 referee and a National League AR (Level 3E) plus several Assessors, Matchday Coaches and Observers. 
So, we have a healthy mix of knowledge and experience of both grassroots football and the Step system that we share amongst the group which means there are lively debates and discussions on the game. We are a friendly and welcoming group and we try to make our meetings as fun as possible. We regularly get 15 -20 members attending each meeting which is evidence of the value that members feel they get from meeting up and talking about refereeing every month. We have several guest speakers throughout the season, our own in-house training sessions and a mid-season meal.
